Connect with friends for a Monday morning weekday meditation practice. No experience is required.

The format consists of two 20-minute meditation sessions separated by a 5-minute walking meditation or mindful stretching. A brief reading or guided meditation is presented by Dr. Mark Bertin followed by a brief discussion.
