Lovingkindness practice is a reality-based\, heartful path to uncovering our inherent ability to recognize the common wishes we all have to be free of suffering– a fact that holds true for everyone\, everywhere. \nThis guided practice is one session in the two-part series taught by Mark Bertin during the Contemplation by Design Summit.
