DESCRIPTION:Connect with friends for a morning weekday meditation practice. No experience is required. Open to all. FREE! \nThe format consists of two 20-minute meditation sessions separated by a 5-minute walking meditation or mindful stretching. A brief reading or guided meditation is presented by teachers in training and/or WMC’s teachers followed by a brief discussion. \nPlease join us on any or all of the days.
